    其次，我们要从身边的点点滴滴做起，养成良好的生活习惯。无论是在什么地方，不管我们有多忙，当一面鲜艳的五星红旗伴随着国歌缓缓升起时，我们都必须停下脚步，一边注视着国旗行队礼，一边响亮地唱起国歌。平常生活中要爱护红领巾，应该为自己是少先队的一员而感到骄傲。在学校里要戴红领巾，上体育课时可以把红领巾摘下来，叠好放进书包。回到家里要把红领巾放在床头，以便第二天起来时佩带。红领巾要定期清洗，保持干净整洁。虽然这些只是日常生活中的一些，但是却充分的体现出了自己的爱国意识，只有爱我们的母亲祖国，才会茁壮成长，为祖国献一份力。

    同学们，爱国是一种坚定的民族精神，更是一种振兴中华的责任感。我们青少年要用这种强大的精神力量去描绘祖国未来的宏图，将一片丹心献给祖国。祖国在我心中，祖国在你心中，祖国在我们中华儿女的心中，让我们一起向着“心系祖国，健康成长”的目标前进吧
